Limitation of Liability

- Liability Cap : To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability we may have under this Privacy Policy or in connection with the handling of personal information is strictly limited to the total amount of fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is lesser.
- Indemnity : You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equity Maxx Real Estate Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses or damages arising out of: - your provision of inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or unlawful personal information; - your failure to comply with applicable privacy laws; - any misuse of information you have accessed, received, or disclosed.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure these providers uphold strong security standards: - we accept no responsibility or liability for breaches, failures, delays, data loss, cyberattacks, unauthorised access, or misconduct arising from third‑party platforms, software or contractors; and - we make no warranties, guarantees or representations regarding the security or performance of any external system used.
